Congratulations to the newlyweds Amanda and Brian. They were married on the 15th of October in Calgary, Alberta! The beautiful ceremony took place in St. Mary’s Cathedral, then moved to The Carriage House in the evening for the Reception.
I worked closely with Amanda and Amelia Sobry and they were a pleasure to work with. Truly down to earth and so excited and inspired to make their guests feel special. Stationery was important to them and we made sure all paper projects were special.
For the save the dates we incorporated an engagement photo taken of the couple, with simple text in purple. The invitations were elegant, the main invite was printed on opal shimmer card stock with purple ink. We blended a soft script font called Bombshell with a classic serif font, Mrs Eaves. The accommodations card was printed on gold leaf shimmer card, and the rsvp card printed on opal left a tiered contrast of cream and gold. The cards were held together with a belly band, a band of sparkle gold paper with a purple monogram seal. The package was elegant sophistication and had guests eager in anticipation for the wedding!
Paper Panache created a table board, alphabetical, so that guests would find their seats easily. We also designed drink menu signs, favour tags, and other signage. We carried through the theme of opal, gold and purple with these pieces as well.

Thanks so much to the Sobry & Casey families for allowing us to be a part of your special day! Kimberly
