A Program is essential when having a church wedding, or a multi-bilingual wedding with multiple traditions and/or ceremonies. They explain to attending guests who each person in the bridal party is, the structure of the ceremony, and who the speakers and readers are. By providing them with these essential details, guests will certainly remain engaged at all times. Remember programs will be shared by couples and/or family, so only order about half the amount of guests you have!

Think about where you want to place the menu and place cards on the table. For example, you may want to incorporate it with the napkin, or tuck it underneath a see through plate.

With the caterer's written menu, make sure to include any vegetarian or gluten-free options. We can create one menu design with all entree choices, or different menu versions for each entree. Our favourite menu design includes personalized name at the top including their selected entree, so it is a menu and place card in one!

Place cards can be designed flat or tented, and can include the guests selected entree and or table number if needed. There are many paper options, images and fonts that an be add your personal style to these pieces. You can chose to be traditional and use first and last names, or more casual only using first names.

We offer large 20 x 30 inch foam board designs, and smaller wood engraved seating boards. Table boards can be by table numbers, but please make sure you have 100 guests or less for this organization. For larger events, Alphabetical lists offer a quicker option for finding your name and table number.
