We used a modern and light venue as the backdrop for this celestial contemporary styled shoot. Calgary Wedding Dress designer NRT Designs showcases handmade dresses that are custom made with intricate details, using body suits and flowing skirts. Paired with a dark and rich decor design with geometric details from Love Crush Weddings, this shoot from Susan Moodie is full of romantic details to fall in love with.
In order to showcase the intricate detail and romance of these gowns, we selected a Loft in downtown Calgary. We kept a modern and clean aesthetic and incorporated our love of the Geometric Trend by including a 10 foot gold triangle as our focal point adorned with elegant greenery + hanging geometric terrariums. Geometric lanterns with white candles further enhanced the space and added depth and dimension. The table was set with gold cutlery and elegant blue + crystal glassware which played beautifully with blue table settings and clear ghost chairs to keep the aesthetic clean. We further incorporated shape by including geometric cut menus printed on crisp, clean white cardstock. Modern calligraphy and bold sans serif fonts conveyed romantic and modern. Gold place cards in geometric shapes added elegance to the table, and blended with gold accessories.
